Come learn the basics of fight choreography! This will be a deep dive into a few basic stage combat techniques so that you can leave class better able to keep yourself and your fellow actors safe when you have to push, hit or fall down.

This workshop is led by Melissa Freilich, who works as a director, teacher and fight choreographer in Baltimore, MD. She is a certified teacher Dueling Arts International and the Society of American Fight Directors, as well as an Alexander Technique teacher for AmSAT. Her passions include directing plays with strong female characters, biking around Baltimore, and helping people enjoy stage combat whether or not they think of themselves as coordinated.
